7. User Content

By uploading photos, entering information, or submitting content to our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit. We do not claim ownership of your content.

8. Intellectual Property

The Pawinsight name, logo, app design, AI models, software, text, graphics, and all other content provided through our Services are owned by or licensed to Pawinsight and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our express written permission.

9. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Certain features of Pawinsight may require payment or subscription. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and policies. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (including Google Maps for clinic navigation). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PAWINSIGHT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM: (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; OR (D) ANY VETERINARY DECISIONS MADE BASED ON AI-GENERATED RECOMMENDATIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO PAWINSIGHT IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pawinsight and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

15. Termination
